Cubism
Specials Reporter, Nate

This month in art, we did cubism paintings of faces.  We learned about Cubism
artist Paul Clay and Pablo Picasso.  We also finished up our bird paintings.  In gym

we are doing volleyball.  In library we are still picking out books.  You can check out

our cool-o book rating page for recommended children's titles.  Some people even like

to help the librarian.

Mammal Math
Math Reporter, Nate

This month in math we did mammal math.  We looked at mammal heart rates,

how long they can hold their breath, their length, and their weight.  Then we compared

them to ours.  For our test, we got to make up our own mammal and make it up

completely using the things that we learned during the unit.

thank you sir.  We are learning moves like kicks and punches.  Tae Kwon Doe is a fun

activity to take.  You should try it!
